One of our contractors at work only sees me about 4 times a month, and even when I was doing WW back in late November, she noticed that a couple of pounds were missing from my bod. Awesome!
Today, when she first saw me, the first thing out of her mouth was, "Hey there, skinny girl." I laughed it off because I know I'm not to the skinny stage yet. But still, the compliment put an extra bounce in my stride.
Oh, and I know these weight blogs are not complete without pictures, so I'm going to work on taking a body pic for progress. :)

Weight Watcher Status: Everything went well today until dinner. Ah, why do I love spaghetti so much? As far as the noodles, I determined that I ate 8 ounces of noodles, and no, they were not whole grain. I do like whole grain noodles, and I'm making a motion to buy them this weekend. Also, we use Ragu sauce with ground chuck, so all in all, I'm going to assume that I went over my points by at least 10 (though, I'm praying it's not by that much). I'm keeping an eye on my weight, and if I notice anything funky, the spaghetti is to blame! In addition, my co-worker Cheryl won't be getting a Christmas card from me this year, since she so generously gave us all two Dove chocolates in the shape of hearts. I almost gave mine away, but decided that I'd give myself a small treat once every blue moon. So, I'm not due for chocolate again for another... 3 years?!?
I've considered doing something drastic, too. You see, my husband and I usually prepare dinner together, or he makes it. He likes to cook. I clean. That's how we like it. Whatever he wants for dinner, we have, and vice versa. So, I think the next time a high carb dinner shows its face, I am going to stuff an apple down my throat, just so I feel too full to eat all those carbs. It might be the only way I can resist :\
