- 1/2 dinner serving of Five Cheese Ziti al Forno (oops, the husband was feeling Olive Garden, and you know pasta is my weakness)

Wii Fit Plus Exercises (totaling 1 hour):
- 45 Jackknifes
- 10 minutes with Hula Hoop (5 minutes in each direction)
- Obstacle course
- 15 lunges
- Basic Run Plus
- 20 minutes free stepping at the fastest pace
- 20 triceps reps per arm
Goal for January 24-January 28: No pasta (trust me, no pasta during the work week would be amazing for me)
